Computer Geek / Network & Systems Administrator. I have been in computers my whole life and have dabbled in different programs and some web design. I like movies, music, dinners, cooking, hanging with friends, although I am more of a homebody. I like to debate my views with other people in politics, religion, equality, health care reform, and several other topics. I believe in equality for all, and not just some. We have the freedom of religion and the freedom from religion. No religion should dictate our laws, nor should we ever write any discrimination into the constitution. I also believe that just because the majority voted for something, doesn't mean it is the best thing for this country. Americans need to quit selling out their fellow man and demand that NAFTA be fixed now, or just needs to go away, period. America needs to take care of itself before its to late. We need health care reform now. We should never leave health & human services in the hands of the free market. We should never allow anyone to profit off the suffering of others.
Its pretty amazing how quickly we are to jump the gun and either demonize the opposing party, or protect the interests of the party we serve.
This week its Nancy Pelosi and Dick Cheney, last week, hmmm you know what, I don’t think many of you even remember that far back. We, as Americans get so caught up in the now, we forget the true issues that are really affecting this country.
Who will it be next week, Obama again, or should our next target be George Bush? There are so many politicians doing whatever it takes so they can further their own agendas and their parties’ agenda.
What we as Americans really need to be weary of his how we handle ourselves during these trying times. How much longer are we going to allow these politicians to further divide the people of the United States of America?
Do you not think that all these politicians should be held accountable for breaking the law and destroying our constitution, or should we just attack the politicians of the other party because we are to dumb to think for ourselves and allow both parties to further destroy what was once a great and prosperous nation?
The power of the government is the people of the United States, not the politicians who are pulling our strings and misleading us so they can continue to stay in power.
When will you say enough is enough and hold all politicians accountable?
