It never ceases to amaze me how far people will go when it comes to spreading fear and propaganda regarding our new administration! This weekend a poll was put up on FaceBook asking whether or not President Obama should be killed.
The responses were Yes, Maybe, No, and If he cuts my healthcare.
I think many Americans have finally snapped. People have been so misled into believing that this man is destroying this country because of race, money, and heaven forbid we mention the past, but a huge mess and 2 very devastating wars. I do not believe Obama is the reason we have these problems, I think it’s because people like you sit here day in and day out spreading your fear, your hate, and your propaganda that is fueling this horrible division within this country. In my opinion, I think it’s only a matter of time before one of you people finally goes off the deep end.
How long can people keep feeding this fear before America collapses due to the division we are seeing?
This is off the charts. It amazes me how people want to target the president like he’s the one actually in charge. They would do better targeting the Federal Reserve. They would do better by fighting corporate America but instead, being the cowards that they are, they find a sudden political awakening in going after the first black president of the united states of America. These people are sick. They don’t want things to change for the better. Especially if it is done under the watch of black leadership. It’s ridiculous how full of blind hate people are.
Reply to DesireGThis wreaks of limits for free speech. There’s an implied intent in the poll and I agree that it could be considered an act of terrorism. Although I probably won’t give the authors that much credit. Not that I think terrorism is ok but because the pollster intent was to bring attention to the polling web and it was I believe put out ther for personal financial gain and public fame. The authors should be thrown in jail and asked about their motives. What does this say about our Society?, and what does it say to other peoples of the World looking at something like that. What does it say to real terrorists? What would the followup poll look like. How about a poll to take down that polling place.

Reply to TJI came across this story on Twitter and it made me so sad. Even the wording is appalling. No one SHOULD be killed! I (like many others) hated GWB, and I did my fair share of bashing, but I never would have sat idly if I’d heard anyone threaten his life.
I’m really scared for this country. There is FAR too much ugliness being spread around on the airwaves and in the streets.
