Just when you thought it was getting all better out there, wouldn’t you know it God received his foreclosure papers today. In a long battle with cutthroat capitalism, God Almighty lost the heavens today to the greed on Wall Street. In a heart-wrenching story with the local news, God stated he just couldn’t keep up with the high interest rates for the prime property he set aside for everyone. When asked what led to the high interest rates he told us the story of the high health care bills he received when you tortured and killed his son. It may have been over 2000 years ago, but the bills just don’t seem to end.
God said please do not worry about him, he will once again get back on his feet, until then, there will be room in a place called Hell a few blocks down. Many are working hard to make sure your stay there is as comfortable as possible.
What about the people who tried to make payments on the their back taxes and were not allowed to make payments and are now in foreclosure?
Reply to unisueI know of a person who tried several times to take cashdown to the city of Detroit and they refused to take her cash. Now she is about to loose her house She has not told her husband so she is tring to do this on her own and has not been able to find the help she needs. She now needs about $10,000.00 to pay back taxes to save her house and is able to pay $200.00 monthly to how ever is able to help.
Any suggestions?????
I would contact Stabenow, Levin, and Granholm with letters explaining the problem, you will be surprised how quickly you will get an answer!

Sounds like she needs a special intervention to get the City to settle her tax bill. Is there an Ombudsman’s office in your area?
