After all the pathetic posts and comments I have seen on all these blogs and on the news  for the past few months, I have come to the conclusion that the only answer the right wing has to fix the unemployment is:

1)      Sick people should not get health care and should just die; it’s a waste of money, it was their fault they got sick anyways.

2)      People that have lost their job to downsizing or their jobs shipped overseas should starve.

3)      People that were caught up in the mortgage crisis thinking they were doing the right thing should stay outside and freeze.

4)      Spread lies about the automakers to destroy the remaining unions so they can continue to allow corporations to ship our jobs overseas.

5)      Scream socialism when you have no ground to stand on

6)      Repeat steps 1 through 5

OMFG – Do you people ever give it up?  I mean seriously, before you even start yapping and whining over this president taking his vacation, did you ever decide to FACT CHECK your arguments???

PROBABLY NOT!

It’s funny, you people are kicking, whining, and screaming about this vacation, but heaven forbid you people even opened up your sorry traps when your republican gods (who did no wrong LMFAO) went on vacation and went on vacation as much as they did.

HYPOCRITES

You wonder why our country is in the shape its in?  Take a look at the numbers, obviously, the ones you voted for were always “Out to lunch”, and heaven forbid any of you had to take over the mess this country is in, I am sure you would need a vacation too!!

This is from FACT CHECK

Q: Has President Obama taken more vacation time than his predecessors?

A:According to one count, Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush spent more time on “vacation” during their first year than President Obama did.Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton spent less time on “vacation.”

FULL ANSWER

President Obama has spent all or part of 26 days “on vacation” during his first year as president, according to CBS News White House Correspondent Mark Knoller.

Knoller, who has covered every president since Gerald Ford and is known for keeping detailed records on presidential travel, counts the following among President Obama’s “vacations” in 2009:

four-day holiday weekend in Chicago in February where the president played some basketball and treated First Lady Michelle Obama to a Valentine’s Day dinner date.

An eight-day stay with his family at a rented house on Martha’s Vineyard in August.

trip out west to the U.S. states of Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and Arizona that combined both business and pleasure. The president held town hall meetings on health care during the trip. And he went fly fishing and took trips to Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Canyon with his wife and two daughters.

An 11-day stay in Hawaii where the president and his family celebrated Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Some of the president’s recent predecessors, however, have spent more days — either entirely or partially — away from the White House “on vacation” during their first year in office.

President Reagan, in 1981, spent all or part of 42 days away from the White House “on vacation” at his home in Santa Barbara, Calif, according to Knoller. President Reagan and his wife, Nancy, also spent three or four days around New Year’s Day each year in Palm Springs, Calif., at the home of philanthropist Walter Annenberg. (In 1993 the late Mr. Annenberg founded the nonpartisan Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania, which is FactCheck.org’s parent organization.)

President George W. Bush spent even more time away from the presidential mansion in the nation’s capital than Reagan. Of the 77 total “vacation” trips the former president made to his Texas ranch while in office, nine of them — all or part of 69 days — came during his first year as president in 2001, according to Knoller.

Bush’s father, President George H.W. Bush, spent less time “on vacation” during his first year than his son, but spent more days than President Obama. According to travel records provided to FactCheck.org by the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum, the former president took six trips — spanning all or part of 40 days — to the Bush family compound in Kennebunkport, Maine, in 1989. The archivist at Bush’s presidential library told us she didn’t have a list of all vacations but did have the Kennebunkport visits.

But at least two recent presidents — by Knoller’s count — took less “vacation” time during their first year than President Obama — Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.

According to Knoller, Carter spent just 19 days “on vacation” in 1977. Most of that time, Knoller says, the former president spent at his home in Plains, Ga. President Clinton took all or part of 174 days of vacation during his eight years as president — most of that “vacation” time was during the summer, according to Knoller. But Knoller says Clinton only took 21 “vacation” days during his first year.

It’s worth mentioning that President Obama has also made 11 trips — all or part of 27 days — toCamp David, the presidential retreat in Frederick County, Md. Knoller, however, says he doesn’t count trips to Camp David as part of any presidents’ “vacation” time. But for the sake of comparison, President George W. Bush, made more trips to that country residence than Obama. According to Knoller, Bush made 25 trips — a total of 78 days — to Camp David in 2001.

But no matter how much time a president actually spends away from the official residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., Knoller says that the commander in chief is never really off the clock. “I have long held the view that a US president is never really on vacation,” Knoller told FactCheck.org in an e-mail. “The job – and its awesome powers and responsibilities – is his wherever he is and whatever he’s doing.”

From CBSNews

George W. Bush is today making his final visit to Camp David as president.

He will likely miss the place: According to CBS News White House Correspondent Mark Knoller, today’s trip marks Mr. Bush’s 149th visit to the presidential retreat. The planned three-day stay, during which the president is being joined by family and former and current aides, will bring his total time spent at Camp David to all or part of 487 days.

Yes, that’s 487 days. And Camp David is not even where the president has spent the most time when not at the White House: Knoller reports that Mr. Bush has made 77 visits to his ranch in Crawford during his presidency, and spent all or part of 490 days there.

I hear people say boycott BP, boycott ourselves? “We are the ones addicted”, they say. See I can’t blame myself, although, I, like every other American, NEED fuel. What I think we should do is put the blame where the blame belongs, our government and it’s complete failure to move in any way. I think our government is as dead as my grandma. Have you ever prayed and not got an answer back? How many of you prayed for Him to stop this oil spill; did it work??

This is what we are doing with our government. We need a new law put into place that brings to life our government. They can’t help financially, in health care, schooling, with foreclosures, during Katrina, and when this disaster hits they can’t do a damn thing because it is dead! You can’t get a dead horse to drink water. This is like the Wizard of Oz, the man behind the mirror is a very old and lost man.

It is all run on smoke and mirrors and t.v. is how they do it. I have quit watching t.v. I listen to the individual human; my neighbor who is crying out!

You guys worry of immigrants, but it is this dead government that has corrupt people who control it with the evil of the greed that is within us. It is fed by TVs. and glamorous views. It seems to me, that almost every “celebrity,” with all that fame, is never happy in their personal lives. Money can’t buy happiness, but every one of us strives for that ‘American dream’; even if you live in France, (lets say, as example) you strive to be on top.

Listen the terrorists are in our country. They are you and me. For example, this person gets angry that the dead horse government will not do anything to help him in let’s say Pensacola, FL. He has lost his 1.5 million dollar (probably still cheaper than what it use to be worth) home on the ocean. He of course gets screwed by the insurance company that he’s been paying mega amounts of money to insure the home, and lol…BP WON’T GIVE HIM CRAP.

That is pretty much what happens to the average joe; unless you have lawyers and pay mega money for them you are screwed. Then his wife get sick and the insurance you paid for won’t cover this ovarian cancer because when she was 15 she had a yeast infection that she didn’t report to them……. HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.

Do you know what this man is going to do when he has lost everything; his wife, his home and job? With the technology of today’s internet you can connect to ANYONE from ANY WHERE and voila you have just made some potential terrorist.

Is it his fault his government is dead ? There is no protection for him. There is no protection from anywhere. If a catastrophe strike this government IS NOT ALIVE TO HELP YOU. No government is. The power is in our hands if we just stop watching the smoke and mirrors of the men behind the curtain pulling our strings.

Do you know that if no one listened to Hitler he would have had no power to kill a single Jew?

If our government were alive, when the Veldez Oil spill had taken place a living, breathing government would have seen the need to PROTECT our lives. (that is its purpose) This is what I propose for us people to do when we come to realize we have the power to change our lives because we live and breathe.

Our government, if alive could’ve taxed these large corporations to build a future infrastructure of mass transit ridding us of OUR NEED of mass oil. This government knew in 1979 we were depending to much on oil. Think of how much oil we wouldn’t have needed to buy, IF BACK THEN they started taxing these billion dollar profit SOULLESS corporations.

We have spent millions trying to get our dead horse to drink the water in “no child left behind’ alone, because we see our schools failing yet we don’t change what is broken. I suggest we make TRADE SCHOOLS and again have our billion dollars in profits that our soulless corporations are making yearly create them. I think the advertising world giving Tiger Woods a billion dollars a year is a good example of the kind of money these soulless corporations could spend on our children. I don’t think they would object either. Yet we continuously let the dead horse continue to do nothing and our children are again the losers.

The corruption and decay on the inside of that horse is sucking up all our money trying to get the dead horse up and drink.

Don’t tell me the American dream crap that our corporations shouldn’t have to be taxed like that. This is not a man working hard. You can have the American dream without billions of dollars, in PROFIT, going to a soulless creation by man. These corporations are here and make money because of us. It is here to provide us with stuff so that it can make men rich and I am fine with that. It is the soulless part that I am not fine with. There are men up there making tons of money that are good and I don’t fault him wanting to be there; it is a natural instinct. It is for the good of the country, the corporations, and the people to remove the dead horse and start out with a new system of government that works for us, again.

Thank you BP,…. and I’m sorry.

Thank you BP for not listening to the law that says you are not responsible after $75 million in clean up done by you. I applaud any effort you have done from the point beyond the $75 million.

See, at first, I was so angry I couldn’t see straight. I am seeing this ugliness plastered all over the t.v. screen, on my computer, and over the radio. Everyone of these technologies have put your name in the spot light to direct my anger at you.

No more!

Now I am angry that we have laws to protect a corporation from their responsibilities to clean up their messes. We should have laws to protect our world from this type of disaster from happening, in the first place. No company should be allowed to destroy the world that we live in because they have money. We should have laws to protect the people from corporations being able to LOBBY our politicians; which in turn corrupts the people we elect. It is the purpose of a government to protect The People of their land; not corporations and since somewhere down the line someone in the organized government there must of been bribery going on to make this kind of stupid law. I propose to abolish any law that protects corporations from their responsibility to the human race, the air we breathe, the water we drink, or the land we live.

Although I am still as angry as I was before I am sorry for wishing and thinking you should all die, BP, in the electric chair. I was wrong, but I hope that drilling in the future is out of the question for you; because just cause you can, doesn’t mean you should.
